Returning Your Item
Returns policyIf you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen, you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt as specified in the DTI's Distance Selling Regulations. We will be more than happy to offer you a free exchange (either a different size, colour or style/item) or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. We reserve the right to make reasonable deductions for the original postage & packaging costs. Your refund will be made immediately on safe receipt.
Returning goods
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. All returns are the responsibility of the sender and we advise that they are sent "signed for" with appropriate insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
